Illinois Med Spa Directors, Inc.
Illinois Med Spa Directors, Inc. supports conversations about medical direction and clinical oversight for Illinois aesthetic practices. We begin with the services, professional roles and structure of the proposed engagement.
Medical direction involves actual clinical responsibilities. An administrative agreement does not authorize an unlicensed team to diagnose, prescribe or control medical decisions.
Clinical authority stays with qualified clinicians
Physician responsibilities, APRN practice authority, PA collaboration and RN duties are different. Define the responsible clinician and the authority for each service before assigning work. Physician involvement is required for some activities; Illinois APRN full practice authority must also be recognized where applicable.
The role of We Treat LLC
We Treat LLC provides administrative and technology support. That support does not transfer clinical judgment or professional authority to a management team. Ownership, management terms and compensation require their own review.
For participating practices, clinical assessments and follow-up are coordinated with documentation in our proprietary electronic medical record system. We do not sell standalone exam clearance to outside organizations.
Participation and engagement terms
Discuss any Spa Shield participation, operating tools and internal policies during the engagement review. Membership terms and internal participation standards are separate from Illinois licensure and legal requirements. This website does not establish that a proposed structure or service is authorized.
From your practice to a defined scope
Share your treatment menu, location and professional roles. Discuss clinical availability, documentation, escalation and ongoing review with the responsible clinicians. Engagement availability, duties and pricing are assessed individually.
